Pomegranate peels are rich in antioxidants and help in keeping bacteria and other infections at bay. The peels prevent the breakdown of collagen in your skin, in turn promoting cell growth which helps delay signs of aging and wrinkles effectively. Ellagic acid present in the peels locks moisture in the skin, keeping it soft.
Directions:Â Mix 1/2 tsp on milk, water, or your favorite smoothie.
For Skin: Take the required amount of Pomegranate Peel Powder in a bowl. Add an equal amount of Multani Mitti / Fuller's Earth Powder (Optional). You can also add other herbs like Neem, Tulsi, Rose Petals Powder, Etc.
Add water and form a fine paste. Make sure there are no lumps in it and it is smooth to apply.
Apply it evenly on your skin and wait for 10-15 minutes to dry.
Wash with normal water once it dries.
