All the orders shall be catered by 4 pm , any orders after that shall be catered only the next day and if it is a Saturday ( after 4 pm ) or a Sunday ( full day orders ) then the orders would be catered directly on Monday.

- It is compulsory to take a video & pictures while opening the box so that you have a proof of the shipment delivered to you intact.
- If any shipment delivered to you in a damaged conditions, then immediately they can share the video and pictures with the agents on the number given on the website or can mail us at our email.
- After which, we shall check with our team and get back to you regarding the same. There are chances that the products get damaged or spilt in transit for which precautions are always taken by us, but still if this happens then we need to know about the same.
- Once, the orders are confirmed by our agents, we process them for next step.
- Once, the process is done, we shall proceed further to ship the same.
- Once, the orders are processed further we shall send you the further tracking details to your registered numbers, whatsapp or email.
- It may happen that sometimes you have blocked the numbers for not getting disturbed so you might not get the text messages.
- It may also happen that sometimes in case we can't cater the orders through DTDC Couriers who are our Affiliated Courier Partners, then we might cater the order through some other couriers, & last but not the least of not thru other couriers, we may proceed further with Speed Post as well.
- Once, the videos and pictures are approved by the team , we may ask you to return the shipment and we may proceed further for a replacement or a refund soon.
- If any tracking numbers with the respected couriers are not updated, then you may drop us a whatsapp message or an email, where in our agents shall revert back to you within 24 hours - 48 hours of time.
- Our Customer Support Officer is reachable on +91 90816 97971 between 10 am - 6 pm, in case you have any queries with the product or anything else with the agents.
- The Couriers has a policy too, they might drop a messages, whatsapp you or call you for the delivery, if you miss any of the three they might not deliver as they might be awaiting for your confirmations.
- If any natural calamity has struck any of the destination then it might get delayed, in some cases deliveries might affect for more days also.
- It might happen that you have missed out on any of the products, for which you can always give us a call, but please ensure that you have a complete video and pictures for which you can send us the proof that you have received the products but missing out on somethings, without which we shall not accept this lost or non delivery of the said product and also can't do anything about it.
- Generally the product orders gets delivered within 4 - 7 business working which are exclusive of Saturday & Sunday, but it may get delayed for any given reasons.
- We have a Prepaid Shipment Policy for Any Urgent Deliveries, which incur Super Extra Cost for delivering the product orders the next day as well, but again Conditions apply to that too.
- We assure you that we don't share any of your personal data's to anyone or any company & that nobody else violates the rules or policies of the company strictly.
- We don't mention the phone numbers on the labels so that nobody take away your numbers and try to put you into any scams or issues. We strictly prohibit to put contact numbers on the packets, but at the same time we assure that the delivery person coming for the delivery has all the proper details for the delivery process.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched and the tentative delivery time will be 4-7 working days from date of dispatched.
Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During Festivals and lockdowns, there can be processing and shipping delays.

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Health N Wellness Shop (Healthnwellness.shop) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
